Is the Free plan really free forever?+
Yes. The Free plan stays free with no time limit and no credit card. You get 10 invoices a month, 10 ledgers, 1 user and basic GSTR-1/3B export. Upgrade only when you outgrow it.
What about GST on payments?+
All listed prices are exclusive of applicable taxes. Lekha Logic Consulting Private Limited has applied for GST registration. Until registration is granted, payments are collected without GST and you receive a payment receipt. Once our GST registration is complete, 18% GST will be added to all prices and a proper GST tax invoice will be issued for every payment — this page will be updated at that time.
How does annual billing save 20%?+
Paid annually, Pro works out to ₹167/mo (₹2,000/yr) versus ₹200/mo on monthly billing — roughly two months free. Business is ₹1,000/mo annually versus ₹1,200/mo monthly.
Can I cancel or change plans anytime?+
Absolutely. Upgrade, downgrade or cancel from your billing settings at any time. Upgrades are prorated; on cancellation you keep access until the end of your paid period.
What payment methods can I use?+
We accept UPI, credit/debit cards and net-banking through Razorpay. Annual Business plans can also be paid by NEFT/RTGS — just talk to sales.
What if I need more than 15 users?+
Add extra seats to any paid plan at ₹49/user/month, or contact sales for custom Business+ pricing for larger teams and CA firms managing many clients.
Do you offer a discount for CAs and accountants?+

Is my data safe and where is it stored?+
Your data is encrypted with 256-bit SSL in transit and stored on servers in Mumbai, India. We're DPDP-aligned and never sell your data.
Can I import my data from Tally?+
Yes — LekhaBooks provides free Tally data migration support. Our team will help you import your ledgers, parties, opening balances, and inventory from Tally ERP 9 or TallyPrime. Migration typically takes 30–60 minutes.
Is my data safe on LekhaBooks?+
Your data is encrypted with AES-256, stored on servers in India, and backed up daily. We comply with India’s DPDP Act 2023. You can export all your data at any time — you’re never locked in.
